Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Orders that select UPS Ground as the shipping option will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx (or LTL for large quantities).

Free Freight

There is an option for free freight on orders over $5,000. These orders will ship via the best available method (LTL, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, etc) at MIRO-CG's discretion.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship next business day (we aim to be as fast as possible). Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be received before 12:00 pm Mountain Time to arrive the next day or second day, respectively.

The 4-DSA, 6-DSA, 8-DSA, and Mini-Split Support Stand may take an extra day or two to process, depending on the quantity ordered.
