STANDARD (MMS-18)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: MIRO-CG's MMS Mini-Split Support is designed to elevate mechanical units like mini split condenser units above grade or on a rooftop. Bases are 8x8 polycarbonate and are designed to protect the roof membrane and can sit on any grade surface.
BASE MATERIAL: Polycarbonate with carbon black for UV resistance.
FRAME MATERIAL: 1/4IN A366 Steel, Hot-Dip Galvanized
SIZE: Frame can accommodate 10-1/2 to 18IN width, frame to frame dimension should not exceed 48IN .
HEIGHT OFF ROOF: 12-1/8 with polycarbonate bases or 10" directly on frame.
SUGGESTED ROOFTOP LOADING: Optimized Load of 3.0PSI to roof membrane, (Approximately 300lbs with four bases)
WEIGHT: 30lb per two frames (with bases)
WARRANTY: 2-year limited warranty
ADJUSTABLE (MMS-18A)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: MIRO-CG's MMS-18A Mini-Split Support is designed to elevate mechanical units above grade or on a rooftop. All-thread connection allows adjustability to facilitate uneven roof surfaces and slopes.
BASE MATERIAL: Polycarbonate with carbon black for UV resistance.
FRAME MATERIAL: 1/4IN A366 Steel, Hot-Dip Galvanized
SIZE: Frame can accommodate 10-1/2 to 18IN width
condenser unit.
HEIGHT OFF ROOF: Height to be adjusted via each all-thread from frame to base. Maximum total frame height 14-5/8" and minimum frame height of 12-3/8"
SUGGESTED ROOFTOP LOADING: Optimized Load of 3.0 PSI to roof membrane, (Approximately 600lbs per four bases)
WEIGHT: 30lb per two frames (with bases)
WARRANTY: 2-year limited warranty
